It’s a dream come true for me

I met my hero @luke.munns who was the OG drummer for @hillsongunited (and some Hillsong albums) and currently heading @thelukasband

I grew up listening to his awesome groove on songs like “One Way”. In fact, the early days of HillsongUnited influenced my life and music a lot. Also, I am a huge fan of Lukas band and been following his music/work over the years. One of the best in Australia.

To meet and chat with him was a blessing indeed. Thank you for taking a very short time off your busy schedule to meet and chat. Hopefully we can catch up again and perhaps work together.

May your time here in Malaysia is a blessed and fruitful one.

Here is another recording project I was involved in this year.

If you need a song to get you through your Monday blues and sets your mood for Christmas, this song is for you. Truly for you!!

A Christmas tune with the folks of Rhema Radio, which brought at least 14 churches together for this epic song - talents that ranges from singing to dance to video editing and even, painting.
It's a huge honour and privilege to part of something awesome like this, to reflect the unity in Christ while representing FCC. Personally, I feel blessed to be part of this - catching up with friends (like Joe, Jason Ding, Alex Martin and Alex the painter) while making new friends. Even recording this song and the video was a wonderful experience.

So.... you know the drill..... watch it, ENJOY it, SHARE it (as much as you can!)

friday the 13th

It's been crazy few days. Quite tired actually after all the moving here and there. I don't think traveling is holiday for me, hahaha. I prefer my holidays to be just sleeping.

Back safely in KL with my parents. I guess they enjoyed their Sabahan adventure even though not much time to show them around more. Yea, there's always next time.

Anyway, huge thanks to everyone for your wishes, prayers and even blessing for both my graduation and engagement. There is a lot of people to mention and thank but i am grateful for the love shown.

Two years of studies for this moment. Haha, just joking.

Thank you all for your prayers, well-wishes and encouragements. Thank you to those who came to witness my ATI graduation especially my family, my fiancée and her family too. Thank you too to all the great ATi lecturers for your guidance.

So yea.. That's more ahead in the area of learning.. As always 😉

Alpha film series

It was honour to be at HTBB to watch the premiere of Alpha Film series with the man himself Nicky Gumbel and his wife.

No doubt, Alpha has a major influence in terms of evangelism in many countries.

Looking forward to see how God will use this tool.

CNY at Ipoh

Most of CNY activities have been eating and eating and eating.

Visitation is always a part of CNY culture. Of course, relatives are part of the visitation plans.

In the week of planetshakers conference, so many bump-ins and meet-ups..

Unexpectedly bump into this girl Amanda Soon just now. It's been sometime i last met her, glad to see that she is doing well. I will always remember the first time i saw her when she followed her brothers to youth fellowship. Little as she is, but has a big heart for God. Incredible to think how God has been so real to her. Anyway, she is here as one of the ushers at #psawakening .. Proud of her.. Keep shaking the planet for God!

Also meet this guy, Aaron Chen (another St. Peter's church youth alumni) during #psawakening. He is still faithfully serving God, no matter where he is. Keep up the passion for Him, proud of ya!

Ps : saw his bro Nelson Chen too but he is so busy ushering during the concert. Oops. Just had to quickly say hi to him

Guess who I bump into meanwhile? the worship leader of planetshakers Joth Hunt.

Recently met with these sound maestros Ming Foo and Danny Kinchang. They are responsible for amazing audio experience in many Malaysian churches (including #psawakening). I always enjoy hanging out with them and learning from them. Looking forward to our partnership in the kingdom of God!

Spend some time with these siblings as well, Gordon and Grace.

Managed to spent some time with one of my favourite singer and buddy Neil over our kind of meal, BURGERS! I always enjoy our chats about life, ministry and music. Looking forward to more meet-ups and songwriting too!

sennheiser D1 launch

Recently, I got the chance to attend Sennheiser D1's mic launch.

It was interesting as I got to hear and witness how the mic works. Quite impressive.

Besides that, I got mingle around with local musicians and catchup with some familiar faces.

Yup, especially my favourite peeps Relent. Batman shirt was Neil's idea.

Relent, Jumero and Wanted Symphony performed and the bands gave an amazing performance.

All in all, wonderful night.
