commitment

Nov 24 – the big weekend.the big day for Desmond and Flora.


I went to their ceremony with Soon Yew who decided to accept their invitation. Anyway, to cut the long story short, their wedding ceremony was short and simple yet sweet. Within 20 mintues, the whole thing is done. Wah, like that ar, maybe my wedding also I do like that la…haha. Seriously, nothing really fancy was planned, just the usual “procedur”…that’s why it was short.


oops..i shouldn’t show this publicly but the shot already blurred d so never mind la. Haha. The highlight of the ceremony even makes pastor changes his face expression. Look at his face. Haha.


So after that, all cameras went on snapping..like paparazzis. Des later told me he was tired of posing straight and smiling to all the camera flashes. Haha


Another highlight of any wedding ceremony goes like this…


The only good prove from this incident is Malaysian girls are shy and delicate. They dun push each other for it..instead they run from it. So it always a good chance for the girls to get the flowers. haha. Compare to what I see on those American’s Funniest Video stuff..girls literally wrestle each other for it...something like out of a rugby match.

Well, hopely i have more really reality clips coming up here..if there's a good fanbase for it and if i have time for it.

If you realize, from the start that guy, electric guitarist fella Shi Seng already playfully stood there d. Joker. So end of the day, no one knows who gets the flowers..although techinically i would say that white-dress girl Samantha got it. Btw, like anyone that time cares who got it..the guy or girl..haha.

Someone who browse my camera pics, at first glance, thought it was Des and Flora…but it’s just me and Flora. Cha-tou. Haha.


It was a tiring day for some people. Seriously.


Service meanwhile was alrite. That's the practice time pic.

Reason I put my headline as commitment is because it looked like it was the theme of the day. Not just the wedding, the service sermon as well. Yea, it’s just that Des’ wedding remind all of us about what it is being committed to church and ministry. Is easy that we tend to suave away by the things of the world, by our own blind desire. But when we start something or want to do something, we must stay strong and committed to finish that race.
I guess the sermon spoke to a lot of people that time.

I led both English service this week. I duno how the crowd felt but somehow I felt God’s presence was so peaceful and gentle like a breeze. Many times, in both service, you just want to stop singing and just lift your hands to God and be still to worship Him. Both crowd in the 2 service really responded to God.

Weekend was good. Only spoiler was MU lost to Bolton by a freak goal. Argh.

This week is my last week of the short sem. So another sem down and one more to go..!
