The song that kept me going in 2020. Blessed to be able to lead this on the weekend and thankfully for the people involved in this "physical distancing" worship session.

online worship session
I was LIVE via IGNITE for their online worship session. You can catchup on it.
Interesting fact : before MCO happened, I was about to announce Karmun Ooi as one of the featuring acts for FCC's praiseunited2020 (which supposed to take place in June). Well, instead, on the period that it supposed to happen, we are going online instead as part of her #LIVEtoSing series.
perhaps God has different plans 😇
We will be singing some worship songs LIVE and also sharing our worship experience.
It's going be epic so please join us on Instagram on Sunday 9pm (at our respective IG account)
ps : you can suggest some worship songs to us! 😁

IGNITE EP
So this happened. The release of IGNITE's debut EP.
It's a long time coming for FCC to release a full-on English worship materials.
Privilege to be part of this along with the talented and hardworking IGNITE crew who made this a reality.
Personally, it's like a vision/dream of the ministry finally becomes a reality. One of my goals in ministry is to release English EP/album for FCC (because we already had Chinese aka Faith Music). Indeed God is faithful and will always be. All glory to Him. Kudos to everyone who picked up the fire and run with it.
The EP features songs that have become our worship anthem in the past 2 years. Praying that this will also be the anthem of our local worship scene as well.
Thank you everyone for believing in our gifts and being patient with us in releasing this EP.
There's more to come, so please keep praying with us here.

FCC turns 25
Here’s a quick story how I endup at this church called 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞 :-
I was introduced to it by @itsjonathantse when he came to Ipoh for a youth event. Upon arriving to KL for University studies, I started to attend FCC since 2005. After finishing my studies in 2008, I responded to work full time, so I have been working there since then. Of course if you minus off 2 years which I was in Kota Kinabalu in between, all in all, I spend about 12 years in FCC. Yea, nearly half of that 25 eh?
There are plenty of stories to share within those 12 years so you can say FCC have been pretty much a part of my adulthood life. I am not sure how to begin to share about the ups and downs that I’ve been through. There are days I wondered how come I ended up here. Till today, I always ask myself that question. Maybe He has His reasons.
I just want to say thank you to everyone at FCC (past & present) for accepting this Ipoh Mali fella as part of your family and history. What’s ahead is all up to God and I can only trust that He has His best for all of us - both individually and FCC in general.
Happy anniversary @ilovefcc !!
Here’s to another 25 years and beyond. Cheers.

FCC worship team
In conjunction with #fccturns25, I wanna take this opportunity to honour the ministry/people that is close to my heart - FCC worship team.
We have come a long way. I think I shared this before to some; I remember I once shared with the team that God will use us mightily (in terms of music, songwriting, conference) so all we need to do is trust Him. Some thought I am crazy to say so, judging by how small we were that time.
But sometimes, it takes craziness to run a ministry and over the years, God just bless this ministry beyond our imagination, with many people who have different talents, gifts and backgrounds. At the same time, He opened doors for us to minister in various platforms, which laid the foundation for @igniteconferencefcc
Whether you have moved on (for various reasons) or still in the ministry, I wanna salute all of your hardwork in this ministry. Each one of you are the best people that any pastor/leader could ask for. For that, I am totally humbled by your heart and I learnt so much in this journey.
I wanna honour all the predecessors too for laying the foundation for us as a ministry. Thank you so much.
I believe there’s more for all of us as we trust in Him. All glory to Him.

Cheers to all of you. May God continue to bless us all.

IGNITE 2019
Beyond words to describe how God moved among us during @igniteconferencefcc
So many people to appreciate but I believe God will bless the sacrifices and hardwork you have done for His name and His glory
Thank you all for making @igniteconferencefcc an awesome experience, whether you are serving or participating.
I encourage you to send your stories, “praise report”, testimonies or feedback to igniteconference.fcc@gmail.com so we can give thanks together and learn how we can continue to serve you better!
All in all, indeed all glory to Him and let God continue to lead us on!
Another new song written by own team, which is called FIRE. It’s our anthem for this year’s #igniteconferencefcc
Totally overwhelmed by the feedback on how much you all love these songs! It will encourage those involved and we hope more fresh tunes are coming out soon and days to come!
Meanwhile, please follow their IG account at @igniteconferencefcc for latest updates.

homegrown songs
One of the goals that I have since I came back is to encourage our
worship team to write our own worship songs and sing locally written
worship songs. I emphasized my goals every year in team gatherings and
we are slowly seeing some fruits from it.
This year at Ignite, not only we will be singing one ‘homemade’ song but a few. Some of it are written by our own members and I am really proud of what they have written because it’s really good stuff.
There are few more to come and you will hear more of it in days and years to come. If you want these songs to be on social media, it may take some time before it happens but meanwhile, pray for us in terms of preparation and resources.
Above it all, I want to give thanks to God for His faithfulness in working within our church and giving us talents to glorify His name. I pray these songs will be a blessing to many beyond our church walls and reaching places that we physically can’t go.
Anyway, Ignite conference is coming soon and you are invited to join us too! Head over to @igniteconferencefcc for more details
ps : btw, the track “ignite” is featured on @rhemaradiomy’s latest podcast this week : https://open.spotify.com/episode/27FlErXC744vljC8KhESqv…
Have a listen and share it 😃

thank you to FCC
Since it was final weekend service of 2018, I just want to say thank
you everyone in faithfully serving in this service. Your heart has
always been a blessing to me.
I know over the years, there's ups & downs in the services where there were many circumstances which we were able to celebrate together while also, there were circumstances that made us learn and improve. Looking onwards, we learn by trusting God in every season as He will lead us.
I also would wanna thank those who attend and serves on Sunday English. Your faithfulness and presence always keeps me (and i believe everyone else too) going. So much to learn from one another but I always enjoy the family vibes.
Thank you and looking forward to awesome 2019 with all of you.
