the first week of oct..

I forgot to post this pic in the weekend entry. Why I deem it special ‘cause she is part of a set of her siblings that was special in my life. I know it sounds corny but I never thought I wont befriend and be close to a set of siblings that’s outside my Ipoh church circle. And the funny thing is I met them one by one.

I first met her eldest sis when I was form 4 in SMI in the prefectiorial board. Not many people know this..before I enter UTAR..i nearly became her house-mate. I contacted her actually if I can get a room but didn’t work out. Is another long story. Anyway occasionally I bump into her in UTAR for the past 2 years. She recently gradurated.
I didn’t take any pics with her. Wasn’t that close to her..is like mutual hi how r u bye thingy. Shy boy la me. Haha.

Then I met second sis, Suet Yee in lower 6. We were same class, I sat next to her, we were prefects and she was under my commission, we go duty and makan together..yea..like we did nearly everything together uh.. I duno how we became close frens that time. She always nicknamed me her bodyguard. :P Then our friendship were tested. To cut the long story short, it was difficult time especially for her coz I know she wasnt’t comfortable with the teasing. Talk about school drama..mm..sounds like Hollywood gossip file too. We eventually patched up our friendship after prefects’ camp but things weren’t the same as it use to be as my then-class was divided..yea..that time my class super huge..it was 70 plus and they have to cut it into half..so I was the lucky guy to be selected to be in the new class.
I haven’t spoken much to her since then..but i know we are still good frens after all. Different class but only meet during commission meeting. She also is in UTAR but diffirent faculty which is in some ulu place called Sg.Long.
I hav some pics me n her but is on the oldstyle photo piece. I need a scanner coz i try snapping with my cam. ..well..just say i wasnt skilled to reproduce it.


Then came the frog..n is funny how I know her. I was sending a message to Suet on msn and the frog gatal gatal go and answer that she is not in…but duno how we end up chatting that time. And then she appeared on HM…ironically also she also friends with Kelly and Jeslyn. Very friendly girl and our friendship also got off fast too. We were close friends too..like me n her 2nd sis…until..errmm..i think the fiansco that happen within the HM circle during the HM 2006 camp and also I m studying in KL. Our status is still frens also..but like the previous sis also..not as close as it used to be.
Past is the past. I guess we 3 have move on with our lives. I m happy with how they are doing. No matter what, they always be special friends to me.

To complete the set..now Rachel. I m not that close to her coz given the fact I occasionally only come back to Ipoh and only chat on msn. But all she knows about me is that I know all her sisters. Amazing uh..haha. What makes me glad is to see her in church after WaiYee came here..is always nice that a sibling following her footsteps..

ok..I have introduced the world some of my circle of friends..in future u never know when ur face will be here..haha..

Anyway, here’s how my first week of Oct' 07 went…

MONDAY
Went to cut my hair. Love my short hair although will miss my long hair. Hehe. The long hair makes me feel like a rockstar while my short hair makes me feel so neat and fresh. Yea I feel young again. haha.

TUES
At nite, YeeWan took me out for supper as she promise me a porky burger. Yupzz..hamburger. There is this roadside stall that sells porky burger..well..it is a rare sighting besides your usual Ramlee burger.

It actually taste great. Slide of ham, egg and meat..woo..sedap..

At the same time, I was dragged by YeeWan to follow her sis YeeLing and Jenny Chim to send Jenny to bus station as she taking a bus down to Singapore. It seems for some Diocese meeting. All I know she was selected by the West Malaysian Diocese Bishop to attend it. To make the world smaller, yesterday Eric Ling told me he had dinner with all of the Diocesean bishop there.


The bus she took looks impressive. They have a touch screen with a list of movies to watch. She turn over the screen for us to peep and all the list featured cartoon movies like Toy Story 2, Pokemon movie, Doraemon, two-more-that-I-cant-recall-now. Looks like a double-decker but is not. It seems it's priced RM 60 and the return tic is 40 Sing dollars. Mmm..makes me feel like booking one and travel to Singapore. Haha.

After sending her off, me and the two Chin sisters had supper at Tong Sui kai (again!) and experience this wonderful “mixed fruit” dessert…

Truly Ipoh is a haven for good and tasty cheap world. Where on earth i can get this man..?haha..


A dog caught our attention when we were supper-ing..the dog was lepak-ing around us when we makan..

WEDS
I stay up in the morning to watch MU v. Roma in the Champions’ league which MU won..you guess it..1-nil.

THURS
I went movie with RussLoke since he is freaking bored. We watch Chuck and Larry and is freaking ridicioulously funny movie. We went for the early bird show..11.40am..in a cinema hall that only 10 fellas inside and all of us laugh so much. Had lunch with him.

At night went supper with Beng Soon. We chat lotsa stuff. From studies to church to music. And we supper-ed at the new look Wooley. Nice design but the same cannot be said about the food. It as though the food quality dropped.

FRI
Duno why sometimes I sleep late these days..around 3 to 4am like that..sigh..muz hav gotten the disease from some fellow frens ni..haha..

Went out supper with Melanie Lee, PuiSan and James Fei Mao. We drank at Kopitiam in Ipoh Garden..

I and Tatz had French Toast while the girls had their drinks only. Fei Mao had his cat food..no la..joking..haha..this food..it's ice cream inside a bread..i think it's called ice cream toast gua. The bread duno why toasted until looks like a waffle.


Ah Tatz scribbled "mel was here - 5/10" but of course we rub it off before we are busted for this..haha..

After sending them back..duno why suddenly me and Tatz felt like not satisfied. So went for round 2 at mamak.

In other development..Hillsong United has finally announced the release of their under-21 youth album..which was mention in All of the Above DVD but didn’t mention the release day. Click here to read about the release. 7 songs EP and I have listen to the preview of the 7 songs and I really love it..i m just blown away by the voices and passion of young people in their songs. Waiting to listen to the real thing. And I wonder if it will be made available in Malaysia.

And look how times flies..i got another 1 more week to go before i m back at KL. Thought it was fast considering I had extra 2 weeks grace since i did practical training..i mean the week i came back, the rest of UTAR had exams..so since i did training..so what for take exams..

bah..weekend's here...
