6th and 7th Oct 2007 journal..

Weekend was busy yet felt blessed.

Start with Saturday morning where I went to do abit of shopping with family. Noon..went to give guitar class..the guy I tutoring is progressing well and I hope someone can keep track with him when I m gone.

HM..was ok la..bible study was what they did..i just went around and observe what those kids doing..

For icebreaker..they played sort of a human scrabble game.

This girl..outside looks innocent but actually cheeky and mischievous. Yea I tried to make an evil grin to emphasize on it..haha..


Had supper with a few people at Wooley again..this time i ordered better food which taste alrite for me..well..that pic shows what we shared as a group..

This week I led both night and 2nd service on Sunday morning. Actually night was co-lead..so not so heavy tu. Again it was a good training ground for me. I learn how to deal with the band members' conduct. 

God spoke thru me this week leading. And I m thankful and amazed that each day God always teaches me something new.

This pic shows the 1st Eng service of SPC which starts at 9.15am to 11am at the main hall. 1st service is cater for the adults while 2nd service is cater more to younger audience.

The service was an experience for me. Yet again, the LCD projector screwup on one song..so while the crew fix that problem..i led the crowd into an improptu stuff which turn out to be fun also. But overall, out of the two worship session I did..Sunday was just great..especially the slow/worship song..the worship atmosphere was great especially hearing the congregation worshipping with hearts out and not being distracted by the techincal glitch.

After that, Ps Loke suggested we go to Greentown and look at some new shoplots. I just follow along with few people.

He has this idea to setup a youth centre..a concept for youths to have a healthy hangout place. Yea..considering that idea comes from a pastor who hangs out at Starbucks too often. Serious. He hangs out there alot..


Find the place quite cool..the concept and design..Tatz say it's abit Americanized design..i mean an office meant for PC-runned office work only..yea..look little bit like an apartment also..

Then there was this Italian restaurant where we had our lunch…

Well..since it's European-themed restaurant..i guess the price is..well..not cheap all to say..

This cost me RM 25. Mocha for RM 10 and white sos-ham spangetti for RM 15. I think it's alrite la..perhaps cooked in western style..western taste..western interior..just ok la. Nothing special.

Only me, James and Ps.Loke ordered something to eat. The rest ordered drinks only. The price made them full i guess. haha.

Then back to church to helpout in the kindergarten concert. I was the camera-man.

Seroiusly..everyone really helpout to make it a great event for the kids and their family. Youths, kids, uncles, aunties. It reminds me about the unity of being in family of God. Contributing to the church can certainly make a difference in people's life.


Is so cute to look at kids having fun at their concert. Their parents enjoyed watching their performance and amusing act..yea..there were few funny moments. Overall, I guess it was a nice outing for the kids.

It was such a tiring weekend..after dinner with parents..straight away nap..haha..

Overall..yea..tired yet felt blessed..

No matter whether I m in KL or Ipoh or any part of the world, the weekends always remind me that it's indeed a honor to be serving a great God.

So left one more week before a new sem. I dread to think i have to start reading notes and books again for exams..n stress over assignments again..but it's nice to be meeting KL friends again..uni n church..

bah..just came back from watching Resident Evil 3. It was just ok for me.
