dare to dream again..

One of the common wishes that anyone would get on his or her birthday is.."happy birthday and may your wish/dreams come true." During my 22nd birthday, when i got such greeting/wish..it got me thinking.. does whatever we wish and dreams can come true as so easy as someone told/wish me so?
yea..wat la me..people wish me also think so much..haha..

I really can admit it aint very easy to be chasing dreams. Sometimes you wonder if you are chasing cars or shadows. Sometimes you wonder if it is God's will. Well..sometimes sometimes..

Is easy sometimes to say we wanna do this and that and then get tired easily by some many things around or get discourage by so many stuff around. My dad gave this as a sermon on Sunday and i thought it came at a right time.

Dad gave a good example of Hannah in the Bible where despite all the abuse and discouragement she gets from people around her, she still prays to God in hope of getting a son. She did not give up and God bless her.

Yea..it's easy to be discouraged and to raise the white flag sometimes..but one challenge my Dad said is to dare to dream again. Dream a dream that could be better than the last or not give up the dreams that we have.

I just pray that i learn how to leave everything into God's hands and enjoy whatever He has lay in front of me. I hope I able to learn as well to trust God more and more in my life and never let my eyes off from Him.

I beginning to realize it is dreams that keep us humans going on with our life.

Indeed the words of Martin Luther King were so simple yet so immortal and powerful.." i have a dream."

tat reminds me of that Abba/Westlife cover-ed song.. i have a dream.. :P

I hope whatever dreams you all have, God will bless them as well..

But I feel most importantly whatever dreams we all have, we should commit it to God..

"God intervenes when we intercede ” - Tim Wilkins , Cross Ministry
founder.

“ There are two types of people in the world : – one kind pushes his way through life and the other prays his way through ”  - Peter Tsukahira, My Father’s Business

ah..wat a son i m..those phrase i took it from my dad's powerpoint sermon outline. haha.

ironically recently i watch this movie on ASTRO..the adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl..and it ends which this catchy phrase yet it spoke to me..

So dream a better dream; then work to make it real

And i thank God for remind me for His faithfulness..indeed You are faithful.. ;)
