customer service

So I walked into this music store and the customer service was amazing. I nearly bought a guitar and amp there, if only i have millions in my bank. Then he asked if i played guitar in church and i said yes. Not sure what gave him that impression, I didn't play any worship songs anyway when i tested the guitar. But it opened opportunity to talk about church.

I love opportunities like this sometimes. Making connections, impacting life. He said he is going to his friend's church so i hope he is blessed there.

And another lesson, good customer service is a crucial.
