post-Christmas manna

I think i have said it many times, never in my life i been involved in such ambitious Christmas event and i think it is a great outing for FCC to do such an event. I do hope it will kickstart more bolder and interesting events for FCC and also push the church forward as time goes by.

Deep in my heart, I thank God for His blessings and covering. Pastor suggested to me to do something for Christmas eve for quite some time and that time, i was wondering what to do. All i know is i want to do something different and nice. Something that was different than Love Actually. Indeed i started with nothing and was wondering if i can ever put up something for Christmas. Slowly I believe that God brought in people for the event especially Grace who did a lot for this event. I thank God for being the provider and the people who involved was indeed great bunch of people. I mean everyone, from the worship team, dance team, drama team, ushers, logistic team, sound crew and multimedia.

Personally, i thank God for everything. It wasnt an easy journey. To be part of it and oversee it was a blessing to me and even after the event, i just sat down in the empty hall and just thank God for such opportunity in my life. My life this year has been one heck of a journey, it was ups and downs all the way that sometimes it hasnt been a smooth journey. To be part of this is somewhat been one of my highlight in this year which i will remember for the rest of my life.

So thank you everyone for making Christmas Manna a tremedous outing and success for FCC..most importantly we praise God for His hand upon us during this event. credit to everyone from the worship team, dance team, drama team, ushers, logistic team, sound crew, multimedia and even those people who came. Indeed it was a night to remember where we as church come together as a family to celebrate this important day of our life..which is Christmas. We pray Christmas will be meaningful to us because it is all about God who loves us very much. We at FCC hope God will do something great in our lives as we step forward to 2009..

Looking forward as well to more exciting times for FCC..

Blessed Christmas everybody and have a great week ahead.

much love.
