It is not easy especially when you have 20 other people working with you. In other words, we are in the same ship..whether we sail to success or drown in the sea. Plus, everyone have to play their role properly. We always have meetings/discussions to make sure the recordings are good and smooth.
My role in the production? Audio man or sound engineer.
We did our production in the Star newspaper headquaters. They have a small studio for their online news production so we basically use it. From week 6 till week 11, we were there. First few weeks were warmup..dry runs..practices. Week 11 was the real recording where our lecturer came and observe us.
So you may ask what production/show we did. Basically is a movie review programme/talk show..is entitled Movie Factory. Of course it has a funny twist to it. I think the recording went well..although it wasnt easy but once the work is done, feel satisfied about it.
The movie we review was Star Wars. What was the twist in our prodcution was we did a parody of the movie.
I regret to say that i cant show the parody here coz i think my coursemate havent even upload on Youtube yet. I been waiting and waiting..no news..i assume nothing has happen.
And if anyone asking for the full look at the program..i doubt we can post it online too..is 20mins long. Well, we see how it will go.
This week, all of us get the chance to watch everyone else's work thru out the semester. I guess it's gonna be fun and interesting..ya..especially when you get to watch other people's creative work.
Overall, it's been a good experience in this production. Not easy but it was fun. Everyone did their role well and work hard.
