This combo pic shows the band practice, recently on 17th February. They have been practicing hard for the concert and I thank God for each one of them who give their time and talent and their best to serve the Almighty God.
Main reason i writing this is not to promote them or to publize them or to make them proud.
They are just a small part of the project. Yes, there is a bigger picture you see. Besides the worship band, there's the promotion team..production team..event co-ordination team..ushers..security..etc. All of us bring something different to the table which contributes in making the event progressing on.
It's been a good team effort so far. hopely will keep it up =)
That explain the 'toolbox' title. In a toolbox, there are many stuff that plays different roles. Hammers, spanners, screwdrivers. All of us are like the tools that God use to do His work.
One thing that i salute about everyone working on this project is that they know why they are doing this for. Not for me. Not for someone. Not for the sake of it. But doing something for God. Giving their best to God.
Honestly, the journey of making this project is not as easy as one would think. There were lotsa obstacles..lotsa challenges. But one thing that brought us together that we doing it for God, not to just show off that we can do something. But with whatever we have..we want to use it for God.
I believe everyone, whether they are in the band or not, can contribute something to the kingdom of God. It's important to know that you dont need to be on stage to do 'something' for God. By doing other things, you are as important as everyone else.
The journey has been challenging but exciting. I m really excited about the event. Even though i dont know what God will do that nite, but I gonna trust Him and enjoy the moment.
Even you reading this can be part of something big. Something bigger than any celebrities in the world..something bigger than any organization. Be a part of the church no matter who you are. Be part of the love of God. Do continue to pray for us and support us in any ways.
