affirmation

I remember in the mid of December, meaning last month..i was cleaning my cupboard..i have this box where i placed every affirmation card i received over the years, every birthday cake people gave me. Some from church friends, some even dated way back from my days in the secondary school. I guess the most i got was when i was in secondary school.

I was going thru them all..and come to think about it, i really thankful for all the affirmations you guys have given me. It encourages me that time and even today i read them again, it still encourages me. I realize at times, it is your affirmations that made me face my life with confidence and boldness. Whenever i m feeling down, feeling the weight of the world on my shoulder, it is your affirmations that lifted me up. Remind me of the friends i have, remind me of the gift that God given me, remind me of God's blessing.

someone drawn a singing hippo for me..i received this when i was in Lower 6 from the HMers..means around 5 years ago..duno whose wild idea was it =_=

Anyway, no matter who you are, no matter how long ago you have given me that affirmation note..i just want to say thanks for all your affirmation and encouragement that brought me far in life..thanks :)

At the same time, continue to encourage your friends and family as well. You never know when your little words may impact someone's life. :)
