me,myself and Irene's wedding..

Over the weekend, I attended what was my first non-ipoh-related-connected fren’s wedding. Huh..what u trying to say..herrmm..a fren not from KL punya wedding..
Honestly I was looking for a group to tag along..being a western malaysian in the midst of eastern malaysians..haha..then being me who doesnt like to go alone..so followed Des and gang there..

Danny drove the church van that carries few of us..bergaya la u drive..haha..

Irene actually got married on last Monday in Sabah..and Saturday actually is just a wedding lunch for her friends and church members over in KL..

I considered her like my senior at the FCC as she has been at there since the early days of the church. I worked with her in the worship team. Being her guitarist and co-worship lead with her. Has a powerful singing voice. I learn a lot too from her when we worked together in the worship team. She is seriously a talkative person..never stops when it comes to talking..believe me..i never met a person in my life that can keep on talking. Is a good thing la Irene..but since you married d..i can just type whatever I want about you la..haha..

So congrulats Mrs. Irene..



Lunch was good..few dishes were nice especially the shark’s fin and the roasted chicken..

the *swt* part for me in the lunch was before the first dish came out..the restoran duno why made like a big grand announcement/entry for the first dish to come in..turn off the lights..the waiters/waiteress go on stage with the food..then on cue..only start to serve us the food. Gee..got better things to do anot wo.. thank God it’s only for first dish. Haha.

Overall..it was a lovely wedding lunch..their wedding pics is nice..

Another thing that caught my eye was this animation clip made by Beatrice for their wedding. Pretty cute and interesting. Enjoyed it.

While Des MIA..took pic with his future wife Flora..she’s been a great sister to me. We sometimes hangout together..i think the best so far was few months ago where we went Nando’s for lunch then we went to see cars and act as though we are so rich to buy them. Haha. Besides she always give opinions to me about everything...from worship to songs to people to fashion to whatever that is under the sun.

So yea..the next wedding I gonna attend is her’s and Des’…

One of my church dancer. She always kacau me and I always kacau her. She is in need of dancers in her ministry so any applicants?

After that, head straight back to church..it was heavy downpour on the way back..

Des doesnt like me stalking him while he pumps patrol..

ShiSeng catnap-ing. He is one of the wickest electric guitarist I ever worked with. Wicked skills he had.

This week I m given off from the worship team. I think is good also la..so i can settle down and get use to the church surrondings again..summore after wedding, was tired abit..besides I can have fun with my camera..

Usually we begin practice at 4.30pm…run thru songs..worked out the transition..etc etc..then after one hour later..we will have like a “full dress” rehersal on the songlist..then dinner time at 7pm..and wait for service to start at 8pm..

This is Grace Yong. Her bf has the same name as my dad..yea..Michael Lim. So yea, my friend has the same name as my dad..how fun can it gets. Haha. Sometimes I called her “mum” since I always jokingly call her bf “daddy’..i even joked with her if they have a son..they should call him Timothy. Haha. Of coz she wasn’t pleased with those jokes.. :P


Cedric cat-nap..anyway he’s been a great friend..he is one humble guitarist..besides we played soccer together..we love to joke with each other and he has good graphic design skills..he actually was part of the team that designed JonTse’s debut album.

Sleepy siblings..Des and her sis Cassandra cat-nap-ing as well..cant blame them..after the lunch some were tired..


Service btw was good...

After service..had supper with cell group members..

During supper, I realize that I was quiet honestly at first in the early part of the day..until after lunch..i start talking a lot. Got warm up gua..haha..especially supper time..was poking fun a lot.

I took some pics of the church surrondings but I will talk about it next time la. Wanted to take more of church surrondings but come to think about it..we are moving out in few months time..what for take so much..haha..

But never mind la..at least you all get to see the environment I have been hanging out for the past 2 years..

Seriously I took a lot of pictures on Saturday and I have good time outloading them from my camera and resizing them for uploading purposes.

Overall, had a good weekend. And aiks..it’s already week 2 in my 7-week-semester..ouch..
