forever spicy topic

Well, any post that says "I leave church because.." will surely be a spicy topic, like it or not. Every now and then, or every year, we will see such posts...

Past few days I've been reading and hearing from two people that I know (via SPTC) addressing this "latest" post and I actually find it helpful. Kudos to their wisdom and pastoral heart. So.. here's one link here and another one.. you can find it at this link's description box. hahaha.

Too long of a topic/issue to explain the context of the latest online discussion (*cough* thanks to reddit) .. aka.. TL:DR... but let me summarize both of what they say...

1) What do you want to achieve by posting such things?
2) What kind of testimony do you want to tell others?
3) The truth is that we have nothing to offer to Jesus except our broken hearts and lives.

It's always tough for anyone, in any situation or context, but I pray that we can show grace to each other, speak with love and learn to live with hope.
