Beckham Netflix special review

finished #beckhamnetflix and my two reactions are :-

1) reminds me why I support Manchester United. A club that fights, when everyone are against them. A few quotes in there, by Gary Neville, Paul Scholes, Roy Keane and OGS hits me at the feel. To be fair, MU occupied nearly half of the documentary.

 2) in some ways, I actually respect Becks for his hard-work, and that's why if I ever play football, I want to be like him

Personally, i felt "connected" to this documentary because I grew up watching, reading and following him.. so you can say I knew what's going on but also it's a nice insight to what actually happened behindthescene..

p.s. oh.. so now we know whose boots that flew...

Anyway, I not sure if this is right time to say but despite some decisions that he make, well, we at our point do that, I give him some respect for all he has achieve.

To quote Ben Thornley on MUFC website :- "

"Somebody who had tremendous ability but wanted to work extremely hard to maximise that ability, and he got his rewards for it, on the field, and off it as well. I wish him nothing but the best with everything. I've been watching it, like everyone else will be, and people shouldn't forget, despite his wealth and fame, and famous wife, he got to where he is today because he worked extremely hard, as well as having the talent.

"Yes, he was surrounded by really good players and a fantastic manager but he worked extremely hard and he was great to grow up with."

And also, to quote them, it felt this is like therapy for Beckham household to tell their side of the story. All in all, it's totally a documentary for Becks fans, tbh. Reminds you of good times and tough times of football.
