Someone shared the news to me late Sunday evening and there wasn't much confirmation that time, till now.
In all honesty, if I was given a chance, I would love to meet him in person. Looks like it's not gonna happen.
The man who is pretty much known as everyone's childhood hero. The man that tried his best (and sometimes too hard) to make Power Rangers relevant even to the new generation.
THIS.
It hits my childhood heart hard.
This among the iconic Tommy Oliver scene and it was his last appearance in the franchise.
Metaphorically, it's a reminder that we often have our own battles.
You
may (or not) know that he guest-voiced in this episode, which seems to a
tribute to our childhood imagination. It seems to be appropriate ,
considering that we all grew up watching him and be inspired to be a
superhero.
May peace and comfort be upon his family and his fans.
"once a ranger, always a ranger"
To the OG Green Ranger. Thank you for the memories, JDF.
Rest in power bro.
