day 153 of 2020

These days, there's many thoughts and voices on social media on what is happening within our own nation and the world. Tbh, sometimes it's a struggle for us as human being especially in the age of social media, whether to say something or stay silent. You don't want to add more fuel to the fire out there but then, you don't want to be seen as ignorant.

While part of me sadden and frustrated about the things out there and within our nation, I choose to speak life and bring hope, which is very much missing in the world today.

This video was released last night. It was shot last year during Pentecost Sunday. While I have heard this song on Spotify, this "live" version touched my heart and calm my soul, to a point it nearly brought me tears. The sight of people, regardless of age, gender and race, gathered publicly to worship is a beautiful sight and reminder that this is what we need to see and experience, even in such times.

I hope and pray this song also does the same to you.

May we never lose our hope. Praying for peace and strength to all regardless of who you are.

Side note :-
1) To think that when I was at UK last year, I actually visited this place - Trafalgar Square (yes, that is proven in my profile picture) so I know how wide is the place and how beautiful the sighting is.
2) I pray someday we can do open-air worship again :')
3) You should search the similar event's "10000 reasons" - another powerful sight of worship.
