A.RON's new music video is finally out and I had the privilege to work with him on it.
Few fun facts of the production :
1) Yes, the music video was shot in FCC, with Rev Philip's permission.
2) We shot this in February so in case you wondering how all this is possible in midst of MCO.
3) What was interesting during that shoot was we were halfway changing our church carpet. Hahaha. So you can agree with me that I thought it doesn't look that presentable because a lot of our stuff were everywhere. When I told A.RON about it, he said no problem and he even said that it fits the whole concept - that church (and our life) is messy so that's why we need to remember who sits on the throne - God.
4) Pretty much a PA guy for that shoot. PA here means production assistant. hahaha. So yea, the lighting was controlled by yours truly. But I must credit Jason Chung and Ivan Chai who came in for 5 minutes to help me get the colour (and the lighting run) that would fit the music video.
5) While sometimes people complain how reflective that Cross is (especially once the lighting hits it), it's certainly one of its kind and certainly the standout thing when you are in FCC. It's all Canon Khee Vun's idea. In truly artistic view, the Cross should made us reflect how we live our lives.
Brilliant shots in the music video. Kudos to the editor/cameraman Aaron for putting all together and thank you A.RON for this partnership.
Hope you all enjoy this MV too!
