QuaranTIM session ep3 - "the day after tomorrow"

Since it's #tuesdayTL, I thought of sharing a song I wrote about a decade ago which pretty much reflects current situation. ⁣⁣

While the title partly inspired by the movie of the same name, the song also was inspired by Scriptures which says "𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸, 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧. 𝘌𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘸𝘯" (Matthew 6:34).⁣ Besides that, the songwriting of Switchfoot also influenced the writing of this song too.

All in all, the message is about looking upwards and onwards despite the gloomy and uncertainty around. I hope this song is able to comfort you in such times. ⁣

Of course, this song also inspired the title of the 2nd album.⁣
