When I opened social media this morning, I couldn't believe this happened. I followed his social media account closely and recently, he is my topic discussion with my friend because he often share his honest thoughts about mental health so you can imagine how hard it is to for me to find this irony.

Let's be honest, this topic is often a stigma in churches, especially in local churches. People often brush it away and say "please go and pray and read the Bible more". No, situations like takes more than doing "holy acts", it's a journey that requires patience and love.

I can only pray and hope Malaysian churches view this more seriously before something local happen.

I may not know the whole situation on what has happened and in fact, life is always full of questions but I can only pray that peace and love to surround his church, his family and those who know him personally or follow him on social media.

Generally, mental health is something to ponder about, whether you are in the secular or church circle. More love, less judgment yo.
