rewards

I was preparing my sharing for Saturday about "rewards in God" and ironically someone raised the issue by saying why we cannot always organize "makan" .. in Asian context.. "food reward" for people who work hard for the ministry..

That person said we cannot have reward people because we work for God.

I beg to differ.

I believe those who worked hard for God, at the first place, don't expect rewards from anyone. They love God and they doing their best for God.

I believe at the first place, they are not hungry or poor pity who expects something in return!!!

Most of all, they don't owe you or anyone or even God anything.

Another thing, when we reward, we honor and respect the person's effort.

When people has right intention and attitude in serving, I think it's right we honor them in some ways.

Fine, if not makan, something else then... at least THANK YOU...

What you all think?

Well, at the end of the day, if you have right attitude, God will reward.

We work NOT for rewards, we work for His kingdom advancement..
