dude, where's my slurpee?

Dear 7-11 of Malaysia,

I am a big fan of your product Slurpee. I remembered I was introduced to it when I was in secondary school  when my family saw it and we decided to try it. Since then, I thought it's an awesome thing to have especially during hot weather (like one typical Malaysian weather)

Fast forward to today, I just feel my childhood memories ruined by your inefficiency. Each time I go to any 7-11 branch in Petaling Jaya, I cannot enjoy Slurpee either because it's finished OR the machine is spoilt.

I still remember the headache of going to 6 shops of 7-11 within my housing area just to get Slurpee. Each shops has none of it. Heck, 9 of 10 times I go to 7-11, your machine is spoilt.

I want to ask.. seriously are you guys still interested to sell Slurpee?

If not interested, by the grace of God, please remove it from your sad-looking franchise shops.

I want to clearly say this. I am very very very very very disappointed with your franchise. Indeed it left a black mark in my books.
