Truly millennial worship anthem

I grew up singing to this song at church when I was a kid. As I got older and take music with more interest, found out that the song is by Rich Mullins. His original composition is.. rather interesting. Go search on it at Spoitfy/Youtube, you will get what I mean. Hahaha.

But it's the chorus that is being repeated again and again in any worship gathering.

In early 2000s, Hillsong United made this song "cool".. featuring the chorus in their "look to you" album. It's that version that resonate with me and many.

20 years later, it's Phil Wickham's turn to make this song happening, with his own verses. In between those years, another "famous" name that led this song is Michael W.Smith (thus his appearance in this video)

This song is also featured in pop culture -- Netflix's "a week away" movie.

No matter which version, the chorus is simple but powerful. That's what made this song being sung again and again, over the years.

Having this two doing this song together felt like a generational crossover, again it's all about declaring what an awesome God.
