one must not send mean mail to ruined someone's day off

this morning, someone wrote to us staff team a terrible email and accuse us..

Boss said we should take it "positively". HOW POSITIVELY CAN ONE TAKE when we are always bullied and pushed around?

Honestly, I am sick of people looking down on church workers.

I am sick that we always have to just bow down and apologize for such accusation. I cannot stand being bullied around. Time to reconsider my position.
